The game-play looks a bit scary and complicated when you first start-up the Underworld Empire game (this app was developed by Phoenix Age) But this shouldn't put you off from playing. Afterall, this app is the Best Mobile Crime Game of 2013.
Create a name for your uderworld character, choose your clan and your class then search for "The Legendary" empire to join us. We are a growing underworld empire with interactive and talkative team members.
